Field Peas to Foie Gras Pop Up w/ Chef Jennifer Hill Booker!

Join us this Saturday for a special popup dinner with Chef Jennifer Hill Booker - author of Field Peas to Foie Gras: Southern Recipes with a French Accent.

Chef Jennifer is a classically trained chef, graduating with honors from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Paris, France, is a Georgia Grown Executive Chef, and the Culinary Explorer for the Georgia Department of Tourism. Chef Jennifer's newest cookbook, Dinner Deja Vu: Southern Tonight, French Tomorrow will be on book shelves February 2017. 

Chef Jennifer’s scrumptious coastal kitchen take over includes:

  • Charcuterie Board with fresh pickled veggies, black-eyed pea hummus and smokey pimento cheese 
  • Black Sea Bass Provencal style en papillote with lemon, garlic, tomatoes, onions, olives & red pepper with brown buttered rice and zipper peas
  • Peach Crumble topped with Georgia pecans & Chantilly Cream

Dinner starts at 7pm; $45 includes 3 courses, water, Italian sodas, black and hibiscus tea (gratuity not included). A special wine and beer menu will be available for additional purchase.
