The Farmer & The Larder in partnership with Gilliard Farms (Brunswick, Georgia), Hunter Farms (Jakin, Georgia) & Orpheus Brewing (Atlanta, Georgia) present Georgia Beef & Brews.

This one of a kind 5 course dinner is steering diners towards a better tasting, Georgia-grown grass-fed beef and hand-crafted beer.  

Our Menu Includes: 

  • Fresh Watermelon Gazpacho
  • Carpaccio Aged Balsamic- roasted tomato relish & basil pesto
  • Beef Steaks - Petite Cab Granite Crème Fricassee
  • Surf-N-Turf featuring Georgia Wild Caught Shrimp
  • Key Lime Pie

Our Hosts

Gilliard Farms is a Georgia Centennial family-run organic farm, growing under the watchful eye of siblings, CheFarmer Matthew Raiford and Althea Raiford. 

Hunter Farms is a 300-acre Animal Welfare Approved and Certified Organic farm raising a closed herd of grass-fed Angus cross cattle – a breed known for excellent tasting beef.

Orpheus Brewing is an artisanal brewery in Atlanta overlooking Piedmont Park and the Beltline. 

Tickets for this 5 course dinner are $100 and includes Orpheus beer (and wine).
